I agree with everyone. It's your money and you should get what makes you happy no matter how many exchanges it takes. You're going to have this piece for a long time the SA will forget you by the time she/he gets home. I have a hard time making up my mind too. Sometimes if I go home and think about things I usually will come to the one that I can't stop thinking about and that's the one I get. Good luck.

Discolouration that looked like rust, on a £500 necklace... not impressed. If they had checked it at all before sending it to me, they would have seen it. So personally I wouldn't feel bad about returning stuff to them..! It's not like they go to personal effort for us.
Yeah they were nice about it (and so was I
) of course. It was kinda sloppy of them though. Now I'm even more picky about getting a perfect item no matter what I'm buying so there's a positive!
