I would go for Omega anytime. It's a classic and maybe you might want to consider a small size (the mid-size) and not mini.

You may also want to consider Tag Heuer's Aquaracer with diamond markers.

My girlfriend has this watch...gorgeous with the black face. She also got a black band (I think it came with an extra band) for a dressier look. AS posted same one with a white face...I also think it comes with a silver face.
I know she didn't pay this much, if interested, check around.

The Omega Constellation for simple reasons:
1) Omega is a reputable watch company with rich history in watchmaking.
2) The Constellation series is a long-selling classic collection.
3) A Michele watch has low resale value if you decide to upgrade your watch someday

I agree, the two tone is so classic. If you're going to invest, why not get something that you will enjoy wearing for years to come without looking outdated or trendy?
