Let me say this. My guess is you may tire of the "watch look" in a few years (hell maybe less, trust me I've been there) and you'll want to wear bracelets that offer different bling. If you want to spend the money on diamonds you may want to put them in a more noticable venue? Just a thought.
 
If you are going to have Rolex do it, they will keep your original dial and charge you at least $1,500 for the dial with the diamond markers. It does add a nice sparkle but it is not blingy looking at all. Rolex may even make you pay for a annual service. Check with your jeweler before you decide to get an estimate on the cost as that may affect your decision. I had the diamond marker dial added to my Rolex and I love it.
