To those ladies who have the Camello, have you ever tried to wear it totally open like Sienna Miller?

I was looking at the photos with her Brandy and it looks like there is no indentation whatsoever where the ties would pull the leather in.
If I wanted to wear it open, there are whiter areas where it creases which look odd. Do you think they will darken, or just stay light from the crease of the string pulling that part of the leather in?
I like that hers looks so smooth.
I will have to find the pics for those who haven't seen them.

I know exactly which set of photos you are referring to. It struck me too the first time I saw it. No indentation, shiny smooth surface, and a rich warm patina. There does not even seem to be any wrinkles where the indentations should be. That is strange to me as my bucket arrived tied up and already slightly wrinkledin those areas.

I know . And when I try to smooth it out it doesn't look right because of the lighter areas.

Hmmmm. Maybe they gave her a new one straight from the factory that never was bent .

Was yours lightly lighter colored in the areas that were bent?

I don't have a brandy one, on my black there are np lighter colored areas.

I know exactly what you are talking about!

I have a cammello/sun regular bucket and also noticed these slightly lighter areas where the leather is bent. The color is not my worst problem because I am sure it will get darker over time. What I really dislike are the "kinks" which seem to persist or even get worse. That is why I started to wear the bucket open a few weeks ago...

Oh are you talking about the indentations where it gathers up? It looks good from here:)

Anyone have any pics of cammello/argento (or any argento actually) - especially a bucket- after some amount of wear? I've seen pics of the oro interior wearing out near the drawstring on a bucket and was wondering if the same thing happens to the argento - love the color and am considering it for a future purchase but just want to know what I would be getting into[emoji6]. I have a black/blu that's gotten about a year and a half of wear and the blu still looks totally fine...
