Thanks robee! In that case, I think FSH will be my best bet then! Can't wait to visit France again! Hehe...

fashionistaO, thank you for the input!! Im sure u look nice in the riding boots =)

Felle, just in case you're still looking for the jumping boots - there seem to have plenty at the H store at Lee Garden, Hong Kong, in both black and brown. I've tried a pair of size 38 today but too big for me (my shoe size is usually 36.5 or 37). Quite comfy though even if I was wearing jeans.

Robee I saw them today at HK Sogo H, it's HK$17,800. Pricing in France better? I asked the SA she said the jumping boots are not in the list of the recent $ rise.

I tried them on, they're so yummy :p

such a masterpiece so tempting...may I ask the jumping boots owners are they easy to take care of? which color is better - black or brown?

It is about sgd3,190. France is still cheaper.
They are beautiful and will be a classic pair of boots to have in years to come.

I have a black one, and might be tempted with a brown one. But for now, just black. I dnt think I need to baby it much, except as advised by many owners, I resoled it, as it can be slippery when new.

thx for your sharing Robee. i'm still figuring out whether I should wait for a france trip later this year (pending on DH's schedule) to get them or not. do you know if france is alot cheaper? but i remember was it you who shared that it wasn't easy to find the right size? i have small feet 35.5

the ones i tried on today are brown which are just gorgeous, but i want to see how the black ones are like before deciding :)

it depends on eur fx, when i was there, eur/sgd around 2.16, now around 2.00. Only FSH has more stock of the boots. Anywhere else it's about luck.

If you love the boots, buy it now, and wear it, it's winter in hk! you will get your worth back. Too many uncertainty in life, if you really love it, go for it! it's beautiful... i tried both, if i hv the money, i will love to own both

We definitely have them in the Melbourne store. The SM and SAs are very helpful here. Maybe measure your feet width and length-wise so they would be able to advise on size and availability before you decide to fly here.

I am tall and when I bought my Jumping Boots, I went down half a size, as I had a bit of heel-slip with my usual size. I found them quite roomy, but I do have slim feet, so my advice would be to ask for your normal size and a half size down as well, to try both. Good Luck, btw, they are beautiful boots, I'm sure you'll love them, they smell gorgeous too!
:D
