Fun thread - love reading the responses…

1) How old are you and when did you get your first designer bag?

28. I was 21 when I got my first designer bag.

2) And what was it?

Coach Medium Signature Soho Flap - which has since been gifted to DBF's mom.

3) How many purses do you have in your collection?

Too many…I need to downsize badly! Currently 42…. a good mix of premier (Chanel, Celine, LV, Prada, Burberry, Miu Miu, Bal, MJ) and contemporary (mostly Rebecca Minkoff, Cole Haan, MK, Coach).

4) How many accessories (wallets..etc)?

Not sure - I have at least two Bal wallets, 1 LV wallet and 1 Burberry wallet.

5) What bag are you dying to get next?

I got my HG just before prices went up (Chanel GHW Black Caviar Jumbo Classic Flap), so not dying over anything yet, but would love a Chanel Boy Bag, Chanel WOC and a Givenchy Antigona.

I am 29 and I got my first "Contemporary Designer" bag at 17 and my first "Premier Designer bag at 19

2)And what was it?

Contemporary--small Coach leather hobo (I still have it, but haven't used it in years)
Premier--Dior Boston Girly

3)How many purses do you have in your collection?

Contemporary-- 10
Premier-- 38

4)How many accessories (wallets..etc)?

Contemporary-- 1 wallet, 3 sunglasses, 5 scarves, 6 wristlets
Premier-- 4 wallets, 5 sunglasses, 22 scarves, 3 wristlets

5)What bag are you dying to get next?

I really wanted a new LV and a summer bag, and I got both for my birthday this month (LV Pallas and a light pink Balenciaga City)

So next I want:

A second LV Neverfull in Damier Ebene or a new Chanel double flap caviar leather with GHW (a color other than black as my 4 Chanels are black

But I think I'll be waiting at least until Christmas as they'll have to be gifts. My purse budget has been replaced by a mortgage lol. :(

3) How many purses do you have in your collection? Only 3 (speedy 35, neverfull mm and noe large, i sold the danube which I deeply regret :( )

Coach black Gallery bag.

3) How many purses do you have in your collection?

Not too many, about 10.

4) How many accessories (wallets..etc)?

1 Bally wallet that I use and love

5) What bag are you dying to get next?

I love the Valentino VaVa Voom purse but unfortunately they do not suit my lifestyle. Next bag on my list is a Balenciaga Town in black.

35cm LV mono speedy (I sold on Ebay after having it and using for about 20 years)

3) How many purses do you have in your collection?

4 and they are the chanel jumbo classic flap, chanel WOC, CHANEL Timless clutch, LV mono neverfull GM(used for travel), Bal 03 black city

4) How many accessories (wallets..etc)?

2 1 LV mono louise wallet, and an LV mono coin purse

5) What bag are you dying to get next?

HERMES 31cm bolide, and a HERMES32 cm Kelly(not in the very near future)

Givenchy medium antigona in black leather.

Only 2, if you count my Givenchy Medium Antigona pouch in blush leather (not sure if it counts as a bag or a accessory).

4)How many accessories (wallets..etc)?
I have Miu Mius cosmetic pouch and iPhone case and a Louis Vuitton Sarah wallet in monogram vernis and the color is amarante.

5)What bag are you dying to get next?
Aaah I have so many bags on my wishlist right now. Would die to get a Chanel boy bag in black. Also wanting a LV alma bb or pm in epi leather (just not sure if they make it in dark red, whitch wuold be my choise), Balenciaga city in black and a Valentino Punkouture patent leather rocklock tote (in black and with maching shoes of course)..

Two coach purses, a start to my interest in clothes and purses. Never bought coach again (didnt really like it after a while)

Havent been able to get many purses (i only work at my parents place, so theres not much income to make) so only about 5. Nothing too high end yet (blame my addiction to fast food haha)

4)How many accessories (wallets..etc)?
Im always somehow breaking or losing wallets. :( so only 1 (just broke one a few weeks ago)

5)What bag are you dying to get next?
A prada or LV bag. honestly not too sure

Coach wristlets and then an off white snake skin embossed Kate Spade doctor style bag.

Totes/everyday bags: 2 Chanels, 1 Burberry, 1 RM, 1 Furla, 1 MMK (and a Mansur Gavriel on the way)
Clutches/evening: 2 MJs, 1 Kate Spade, 1 LV, 1 LAMB, 1 MMK, 1 Halston Heritage

1 Chanel wallet, 1 LV small card/coin wallet, 1 MMK wallet, 1 Kate Spade

1) Currently age 27, started at age 24.

2) First was a red Coach shoulder bag. Still use it all the time! :)

3) Currently have around 20, but I never pay full price for anything designer. Includes 1 YSL, 1 Chanel chain wallet, 1 LV Damier, 1 LV Takashi Murakami, 1 PS1, 1 PS crossbody, 1 Gucci, 1 Burberry, a couple Coach, Rebecca Minkoff, a few Kate Spade, a few Dooney & Bourke, Michael Kors, Cole Haan, a Lauren Mirken. I tend not to be loyal & go w/ whatever I love :D

4) No sunglasses or wallets, even non-designer. I have a pair of Coach prescription eyeglasses, but only because it was the only one in the store I could tolerate the look of; I wasn't going for a designer pair. I do have a pair of Alexis Bittar earrings & an Alexis Bittar bracelet, both from the Elements collection. As well as a Kate Spade necklace, a pair of Givenchy earrings, & a Givenchy bracelet. 1 pair of gold glitter Coach flats, 1 pair Tahari strappy leopard heels, 1 pair Tahari suede boots w/ stacked heels. I don't purposefully go for designer accessories, unlike my bags. I only get a designer accessory if I see a good deal.

5) I would love most to have a black Chanel classic flap, as well as a Balenciaga, whenever I could afford them.
