Here, it seems like you're either one of those ladies who "knows" or one who doesn't. I see plenty of VCA around here, mostly the Vintage Alhambra (and enough Cartier, Hermès, etc), but I'll get the occasional look of recognition wearing my frivoles as well.

Back to topic, I don't think with VCA that it's really a matter of too much branded, just whether the look is "too much" or "too matchy". And to that, if you can "own it" and enjoy the look go for it!

I live just south of Denver. Most of my friends wouldn't know or care about VCA or really any designer items. They tend to spend their money on cool camping equipment, skis, or a state-of-the-art mountain bike! Lol. I love the outdoors as much as the next person, but I'm a total girlie girl. I don't really have many friends that share my love of pretty things. I think that's why I love you gals on this forum so much! I finally have people who understand! Lol:hugs:

I mix a lot, I usually wear my Vintage Alhambra earrings, Cartier Love cuff and Trinity cord bracelet, a gold bracelet, Cartier Trinity ring and a simple diamond necklace. I might add a VCA Sweet Alhambra bracelet to stack with my other bracelets. I don't like to match a whole lot, that's why I chose to get a Trinity ring instead of Love and why I would get a Sweet Alhambra bracelet instead of Vintage, kind of to even out different sizes if that makes sense :p I'm 20, by the way.

i love to mix thing up

i might wear 3 or 4 VCA together - 2 bracelet and an earring with a bvulgari ring for example or bangle and a watch and a Cartier earrings :yahoo:
( not a simple girl!!)

It really depends on my mood. I wear my Love 24/7 and I'll often wear a 5 motif and the Perlee diamond clover with it. If I wear a necklace, I sometimes pair it with a pendant, but nothing else. If I wear earrings, I'll sometimes put on a bracelet. More than 2 or 3 pieces, especially of Alhambra, looks a bit much to me. No one around here seems to have a clue about VCA. I wore my Malachite pendant to the annual Christmas party and the mayor's comment was, "I think you're a little early for St. Patrick's Day!" :wacko::shocked:

I have also heard, "lucky charms"....some people should just keep quiet.

I wear my lucky bracelet every day with a Tiffany watch. On the other wrist, I wear a Tiffany diamond tennis bracelet. I often wear a VCA perlee necklace (single row diamond on WG chain). I love to mix/match different pieces and designers... Not too much all at one but that's just my opinion! I don't have VCA earrings yet!

The earrings I love are the pink gold perlee hoops, of course I love the diamonds but I already have small and large diamond hoops (Tiffany metro collection). I'm always peeking!! Thank you

These are great earrings!!I have them and the size is perfect. I purchased mine to wear with my limited edition Letterwood necklace a few years ago. I needed earrings in pink gold.
The VCA pink is so subtle that the earrings still appear to match my other pieces which are yg.
The posts are angled so they lay perfectly. Brilliant design.
They are relatively affordable as well 😉
