Can someone tell me how many cards a mono cles will hold? I just bought the zippy multicartes online and did not realize how bulky it is. Was thinking that maybe I could get away with just the cles. I have about 23 cards. I can fit most of these in the multiartes and have room for cash. Thanks.

Mine can fit 15 cards comfortably where they don't bulk up and deform the Cles. I usually have 10 cards + 1 $20 bill as emergency cash and it's full. Coins will definitely add bulk so I don't keep those. Though I think with 23 it's going to be hard for you to navigate through them.

This is my #1 go-to piece and do not leave the house without it. There are times when I just take that with me. Inside I would have 1 cc, health ins card, license, cash and keys on outside. It is everything I need when I am running an errand.

Love my cles in DE print!!! I’ve basically used it as a wallet (attached to keys) for the last year and a half. I was also using a round coin purse for coins but having to dig for two items when I use cash has proven to be a major pain. So, I’ve sold the round coin purse and will buy a ZCP to use for everything. Will keep my cles for a grab and go. Can’t give this piece up!

Reading all your posts has made me want to get a key cles/ pouch. Does anyone know if the key pouch in vernis or empriente (which are bigger than the canvas ones) will fit in the Chanel WOC along with an iPhone 6 Plus? Will it fit cash folded once only? I'm looking to only fit a few cards, cash and few coins. Which is better the smaller canvas ones or the bigger leather ones? Any pictures out there to give me a visual for what I am asking? Thanks And much appreciated!!!

Hi: wondering if anyone has used the monogram key cles mostly as a coin purse? If you tuck the key holder inside the pouch, does the coins tend to rub off the surface of the metal chain plus hook for keys, since LV no longer uses solid brass for the metal parts of their handbags and SLGs any longer.


Hoping to hear from someone soon as thinking of purchasing one but don’t want to make a mistake. My recent purchases of LV monogram items hasn’t been the best with peeled glazing after only a few months of use etc (though I know the key cles don’t have any edges with glazing).

I don’t have the monogram one but I do have the DE key cles and I use it for coins or even as my wallet with cards and notes folded if I’m using a small bag
It’s the most versatile wee SLG

I use my monogram key pouch only for coins and 1 or 2 bills and put in cards sometimes. I think it‘s such a useful piece and especially when I put in in my LV Favorite instead my full size wallet. I don‘t put the key ring inside. It would take away space and would get scratches from coins which I think is logic when metal rubs against metal. This would be normal wear and tear imo. I would buy the key pouch again, it‘s so great

Thanks for this - very useful information. I think I will get it - hope it's still available as they called me yesterday but I wasn't ready to commit till I have more information on how the piece works practically as a coin purse.
