How does your alligator/croc Hermes age?

Ages well. Don’t wear croc or alligator in the rain. I have a croc vintage chaine d’ancre bag that is in perfect condition

I totally agree the that the handles look a little darker in that picture, but it might predominantly be the lighting. Posting another picture in natural lighting on an overcast day for reference! I'm not typically much of a "brown" person, but this is such a wonderful warm tone that it is really easy to style!

Here is my smooth porosus croc Kelly cut clutch in 1P Colvert, a 2019 purchase from HI. She is never in rain or snow. Worn her a few times every year, and still retains her mirror like gloss in excellent condition. Never left out in the open, when not in use always stored in wardrobe in her dustbag away from sunlight. Also, in a low humidity environment. So, I'd say it's aging gracefully (I'm bias).
