Pointless thread. No one cares what men, women, and everyone in between wear. It’s 2020.
I think this is a fair question because the OP cares enough about our opinions to ask it. Not everyone is brimming with enough confidence to do something that may be outside their usual comfort zone.
I think that as long as you are comfortable with a particular bag, that's all that matters. After all, everyone has their own style!

One time I saw a guy carrying the same clutch as I was. I was so excited. Made me feel cool and hip!
I’m curious as to why you just asked us ‘lovely ladies’? There are many men here, too.
tPF members are a small segment of the world, and smaller on the Internet - I’d ask your question to a wider audience, somehow. Facebook? Insta? Twitter?
My response is: Do what you feel comfortable with, because seriously: Nobody’s looking, unless you are in Tiny Town, USA (or any tiny town worldwide).

Sorry if some of the answers seem a bit rude (at least I thought they were). You be you and carry what appeals to you, we have other male TPF members who totally rock women's bags! There are gals who carry guy's bags so it's fair both ways IMO.
I personally don't like the bag in the picture.
But if he carried something I like, then I would think, wow that guy has good taste !! And I would move on.
