How confident would you be buying a bracelet from Fashionphile?

It's nothing like the feeling of buying new from the boutique of choice, the in store champagne experience and the confidence of knowing first hand that your item is authentic. The attention from the SA, and Especially when it's time for the unboxing... the new ribbon, the new box, the new certification papers, the new shopping bag, the new you.
I've done both, and in the long run, I'd rather have the money in my account than Cartier's. I'm very comfortable buying pre-owned jewelry-also, it's the only way to get heritage pieces.
Have I been burned? Once or twice, but I buy from reputable sources and have always gotten my money back.
Generally I find that the minute I open a package I can tell if it is or isn't right. Don't ask me how I know--I just do. Also, I have "people," trusted jewelers I can take items to who can test and check it out. Finally, there's always the boutique for a polishing or worse case scenario, a letter of authenticity.
Returning to the question, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Fashionphile, but I also wouldn't accept their word as gospel--I would check it out, just as I would with any piece bought on the secondary market.

I agree. I decided against pre-loved and went into the boutique right before Christmas and treated myself to an item. They also included a big bottle of champagne as well as a mini. It’s a Christmas/Birthday gift to myself. I’ll be sharing soon :)
