OK, welll if you didn't get anything from them yet, stop arguing with them, go to the court house and file a claim in small claims court. I am sure once they get the sapena ( spell?) / notice, to go to court, someone will contact you. I would demand my original purse in the condition expected and nothing less. Good Luck. I have threatened to take them to small claims court and I will wait a few days to see if I get a response if not I will take it from there I guess. hopefully I do not have to go through all that I just want my original bag back so bad. I just don't see how they can get away with something like this. Any more advice from you or anyone else would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all the help so far!!!
