horrible costumer service!!! Sent 698 retail calf hair Hamilton in because it was defective. That was over 5 months ago. They sent me a 398 replacement bag that was damaged when I got it, sent that back like they said over 2 months ago and now they are only offering me 339 value. I have called they said it was a typo and on my ticket number says 398 credit and they would send me a gift card weeks ago. received gift card for 338. Called back only to be harassed and when asked to talk to manager I was told he was busy and he would call me with in 24 hours and then she hung up on me that was 2 weeks ago. I have sent many emails and never hear back. So pretty much they stole my 700 Hamilton. What do I do now I have spent thousands at Michael kors and now treated like this.
help what do I do now I am going to go crazy

Do you have a receipt that shows you paid $700?
 
I sent in receipt in with first bag shows I paid right under 350 I got it at outlet. I carried it 2 or 3 times and hair was falling out causing bald spot. I asked them before I sent it if I would be getting same bag back because that is what I wanted. when they told me it could not be fixed and they could not send me same bag they agreed that because it retailed for 698 and that it was defective I could pick a bag in the middle as replacement and agreed 398 was fair because they said it had to be full price and could not pick anything on sale. Sent me that bag and when I received it, it was scratched and dented pretty bad I sent them pic they said unacceptable and send it back. Now will not send me that bag back and say will only do 339 credit. but when I call they say 339 is typo and I should get 398 credit but just keeps changing. I understand I did not pay the 700 and never asked for that back just don't think it is far that they say cant pick anything on sale when the bag I sent in I got on sale. wow that was long sorry

That's enough of THAT! Print out any email communication from them. plus your receipts, and take them to small claims court! If they won't talk to you, let them talk to the JUDGE!! You don't even need a lawyer for small claims. Just go to the court house and file. You can also call the Better Business Bureau, and they should be able to help you as well. When the court gets done with them, you will not only get your 700.00 replacement bag , but maybe even damages for mental anguish! You should also threaten to contact the media! This is ridiculous! They're lucky it's not ME they're fooling with. These are the exact steps I would have taken two months ago! That is just STEALING! How awful! So sorry you are going through this. What is wrong with the world these days?? No more professionals. SAD! :nogood::tdown:

I want to add, IT DOESN"T MATTER WHAT YOU PAID!! If the bag you sent them for repair, was a 698.00 value , and they DID NOT SEND YOU that bag back, they are OBLIGATED to replace the value of the bag you sent them! PERIOD!! The court will make them put you back in your original condition of value. What you paid on sale, makes no difference! To replace that same bag you sent them would cost you 698.00! They are obligated to put you back in your original condition! KWIM??? You have a CLEAR CUT case! Please take them to small claims court , or at least threaten to. There is a good chance someone will call you back right away! And if they don't , than proceed!

I was really thinking that just didn't know if I was crazy. I mean I know I didn't pay 700 for the bag but its a bag I really wanted and took very good care of and now I have to pick a bag retails way less and cant even be on sale. The way it is looking now I will not be getting anything but 339 e credit. They told me I was getting 398 I was a little upset since the bag retailed for 700 but I accepted it then they just sent me 339 and ignore me completely after that. I have all emails I even asked for my defective 700 bag back and they told me know so now I have nothing. I don't want the 339 e credit but they don't care I sent the original bag in January 15 THIS IS CRAZY. My husband called in and told them it was not far and crazy being treated like this and taking 5 months he asked for manager she said no at first he started getting really mad so she said he was in meeting and he would call back within 24 hours that was over TWO weeks ago
 
Have you tried escalating it asking to speak to managers?
Many times and I am told he is busy he will call me back never hear anything then I was assigned a person through email tassy house. I have sent her 5 emails in the past month and she wrote me back once saying she was out of the office for the 3 weeks I was waiting and she had to talk to management and she would get back to me in 24-48 hours and that was sunday still have not heard back and I have sent her 2 more emails in that time.

Here is what you said , quote, unquote, in the post that I am replying to, you said " but I accepted it then they just sent me 339 and ignore me completely after that." If you already accepted 339.00 from them, this deal is over with and you now have no recourse, because you accepted the 339.00! If that's the case, it's too late now. You already accepted the money. You could have demanded the bag you had, instead. You can't try to change it again, once you accepted the $339.00. There is nos sense in calling them anymore, or am I missing something here???

I never accepted it. I called they said they did not know why the emails where saying only 339. His words exactly " I don't know why they sent you those emails says right here all over you account notes that you will receive 398, must be a typo in the emails". I said ok I was happy with that if they would not send me my original bag. he said ok I will send out your 398 you will get it in a few days through email. Two days later I get an email open it up and it 339 I called right away and explained this time it was a girl she said she didn't know what the other guy was talking about and this was all I could get. I told her I did not want it and I wanted to talk to manager. that's when she told me he was in meeting and he would call me back in 24 hours then she hung up on me. they e gift card is sitting in email I have not touched I told them I would not accept it that was weeks ago. I have received one email since then saying she would have to contact supervisor and get back to me ,again weeks ago.

sorry I see It was a little confusing when I get mad I type fast and a little crazy lol. I told them I would accept the 398 not 339. would love to just have my original bag back. would have never sent it in if I knew I would be going through this.

OK, welll if you didn't get anything from them yet, stop arguing with them, go to the court house and file a claim in small claims court. I am sure once they get the sapena ( spell?) / notice, to go to court, someone will contact you. I would demand my original purse in the condition expected and nothing less. Good Luck. People, in all aspects of life, feel so entitled. I saw it everyday when I worked retail. They don't care about people's feelings, or that you've spent your hard earned money. Someday I'll have to tell MY horrendous MK "customer service" story.
