horrible costumer service!!! Sent 698 retail calf hair Hamilton in because it was defective. That was over 5 months ago. They sent me a 398 replacement bag that was damaged when I got it, sent that back like they said over 2 months ago and now they are only offering me 339 value. I have called they said it was a typo and on my ticket number says 398 credit and they would send me a gift card weeks ago. received gift card for 338. Called back only to be harassed and when asked to talk to manager I was told he was busy and he would call me with in 24 hours and then she hung up on me that was 2 weeks ago. I have sent many emails and never hear back. So pretty much they stole my 700 Hamilton. What do I do now I have spent thousands at Michael kors and now treated like this.
