boboxu, This just proves that he made up stories about my vintage grey. I actually hold my bags in Nov 29th and I the medium matte grey was the first camera case I ordered. There was no space for confusion because I also ordered a large DS and because a medium matte grey and a mall matallic blue were confirmed by him at leat three phone calls I had. But then, yesterday, he insisted that he never had any matte grey in stock to start with. I am just upset he thought he can simply make me the person who got confused in order to save his butt.

I got the same problem with Micheal, I ordered the grey @ beginning, then switched to the DS, and told him someone will take the grey, if not PLS release the gray for me @ the end of the day, he said YES, next day called back 4 times to confirm the same story with him but still got 2 in the mail . Now he made me confused in which one I should keep :)) My BF keep saying DS because it looks cute on me but somehow I'm seeing it's small though , even all my flaps are Medium/ small sizes

Thanks again ladies for all your support. The store manager was nice and at least made it clear that he was not supposed to treat me, or any customers, like that. She said she will investigate the case and let me know. I do not think there is any chance to get what I originally ordered, though. (there is just no bag left.) But I did request Michael's sincere, written appologies for 1) making a mistake and 2) accusing me of making the mistake, which is far worse.
 
sorry to hear about this. I swear NM really need to get their act together. ...i've already read and heard of so many complaints by them. a couple happened to my friend. i wonder if he is going to apologize?
