The bag seems like it would work although its a little big but it was a sacrifice I was willing to make. To be honest I stay FAR away from the resale market. Too many horror stories and its not worth the hassle. So if i am going to get it I will just uy it from Hermes. That being said Chanels...

I wonder if it has to do with the size. I checked my receipt and it does say the color is ebene. I see the link you showed me the person made the purchase in 2019. When did you make the purchase? Maybe Hermes stopped making white stitching...

Hi there, I see that you said you got the halzan in etain? From the picture it look white stitching? I am just trying to find out information if Hermes did white stitching for the previous seasons, because it seems some of you got the contrast stitching while the color doesn’t normally do it.

Yes the Halzan is a bag that has "evolved" quite a bit over its relatively short existence. (For example the first models were unlined.)

I am on my 3rd Halzan, found by chance on h.com in 2019, a 31 in BF with PHW with contrast stitching. Would gladly grab up another in a wishlist color as long as it has tonal stitching and GHW. (Not that that is a scenario I am at all expecting to actually occur.)

Haven’t popped by in a while but love seeing the 25 in Halzan. That may be on my wishlist, though many of my H bags are smaller sizes.i also have the winderful Saut bag that is close in size to25 Halzan. I’m delighted with my barenia 31 for several years. It’s great to have a roomier bag for my daily essentials, and the crossbody to tote are so easy to use for work or shopping.

I much prefer the Halzan style over the Evelyn. It’s also more secure for traveling. I’m hoping as things open up to try a 25 on my next visit to the store!

I just love your Halzan especially with that nice contrasting lining.

Love the barenia Halzan, it is no longer available, they seem only made it with this leather in early year of Halzan. I made sure to get the BF leather version this time.

And a very smart purchase too @lovelyhongbao ! I have a mini roulis and now a B30 in BF and it wears so beautifully. I do rub the scratches out of my Halzan now and then, but I’m used to it’s patina and character.
