Definitely Yung Kee, the Michelin-starred roast goose restaurant at Wellington Street in Central, Hong Kong island. It's also within a short walking distance to the H store at The Galleria.

I was just thinking about Roast Goose this morning - one of the things I missed about Hong Kong. BIG WAVE to all the TPF ladies in HK!

zenith's recommendation of roast goose at Yung Kee is definitely a must.

I also love the "Krug Room dishes" at the Mandarin Grill + Bar which are fun and yum.
