LOL, when the kid is in school, what will she do all day? In a house all alone, watching tv while eating crap is what my gut tells me is going to happen.

Mama June Shannon has lost 300 lbs. after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery and other weight loss procedures, and says she is determined to keep her weight off through better food decisions, exercise and portion control.
And her new healthy habits have been rubbing off on her kids. The reality star, 37, says her daughters Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, 11, and Lauryn “Pumpkin” Thompson, 17, have been following in her healthy footsteps and have been dieting and exercising more as well — and both have already lost weight.
“Alana’s lost about 7 lbs. and Pumpkin’s lost about four,” Shannon tells People Now.
Shannon says she is she committed to staying healthy, and is not worried about gaining back the weight she lost.
“I know myself — I’m never going to go back to what I was before,” she says. “It’s all about maintaining. I’m kind of obsessed with the scale, and beating myself up even if I gain a few ounces or a pound.”
While her journey “from not to hot” has been difficult — especially having to live in seclusion for seven weeks — Shannon has no regrets.
“I don’t regret anything,” she says. “I have this philosophy in life: If you regret anything, you shouldn’t have done it to begin with.”

We just saw her daughter the other day here in NYC with a McDonald's bag and did not look like she lost weight from when I saw pics of her from 2 months ago.
The article said it was 7 lbs., probably not enough to be noticeable to the casual observer.
June has new math mentality. She thinks she is a size 4 and we all know that is a damn lie.
I hope Alana & Lauryn do start eating healthier & exercising. It will only benefit them. As for June....all I will say is she or the show should get a refund for all that money spent on her PS surgery. For the money invested, she should have gotten better results. Her double chin is still there, her tummy is not flat, she has no waist, & her boobs sag. For the money spent, her results were not very good. JMO
That's what happens when you don't do your homework and research to find the best. Not all plastic surgeons are good at everything. You need to find who is the best, lipo doctor, who is the best breast doctor, best butt doctor. It's not always one person. Also, not sure where her docs were located, but no way she went to LA, NYC or Miami. They have the best! Even her teeth look the same to me. She needed to have her gums scaled down. No way in hell I would just let any plastic surgeon touch me. I interviewed 8 docs here in NYC just to fix some hammer toes. I don't play that; and it boggles my mind how people don't do their homework. My friend got breast implants and they look horrible. She didn't do her homework and I had to tell her the truth.
My guess - she didn't have much of a choice in the doctors, especially if WETV picked up the tab. June doesn't strike me as the 'researching or do your homework' type. I read that the doctors were in LA, since that's where she was living during her weight loss surgery, the trainer, the life coach lady, etc...
She could have gone to the BEST, but when you loose weight like that, YOU have to do the work as well. Otherwise none of it really matters

That's what I'm thinking, the network arranged everything, hired the surgeons, trainer, whatever she would need. They probably just told June where to show up. Let's face it, the best people in their fields don't need to sign on to a train wreak like that and it could actually be detrimental to their careers.
Yes. I felt horrible telling her (I actually cried at the restaurant), but I couldn't let her not know. We are very honest with each other. I kept quiet for almost a year. I really wish she came to me when picking a doctor. I LIVE for doing research and she knows, when I'm ready lol I know already who IMO is the best breast man, nose man (for African Americans) and lipo man (three two different docs).
