I don’t personally have experience with any of these these styles but am much like you in that I like to wear my jewelry 24/7 and have a casual, active lifestyle. Others have mentioned some great options and I just wanted to put another “plug” in for Dinh Van, particularly the Pulse bangle. It comes in the same sizing as the Love, has small and regular versions in three gold colors, and the full pave versions are much more reasonably priced than Cartier’s pave.

Consider a necklace, maybe? I have an active lifestyle and spend maybe 4 hours in the gym daily. I find that luxury necklaces are better for an active lifestyle since they don't get in the way of activity like rings and bracelets, and are less prone to damage. I have a Cartier rings necklace in diamonds that I wear 24/7. If you look at what many athletes choose to wear (while working) it's often necklaces -- probably for the same reason -- less obtrusive and solid gold can be worn daily.

I have the Clash medium bangle (not flexible) and like what everybody said it's really comfortable to wear. I don't mind wearing it when I know things are going to be really rough - travel, beach, waterfalls, swimming, hot/changing weather. The inside of the bangle is rounded, which I guess drives the comfort.

However, it'd keep it away when there's a potential that it will get caught on something - like something with loops, thick threads (sweaters/jackets are ok), sleepovers (not my type of sheets) because each spike of the Clash moves and are held in place by some sort of trap in front of it (hahaha sorry, I can't describe it well).

Have you considered Tiffany T1 bangles? I change bangles/stacks like every week, but there are times when I just have T1, Love, and Tennis weeks on end.

The pulse is definitely a good option and it’s very unusual - you won’t see it coming and going. And if you like the symbolism of the Love, Dinh Van also makes versions of his Menottes (handcuff) line that are sleek and modern. He was a designer for Cartier before striking out on his own.

I find the Clash to be the most comfortable bracelet I own and I have worn many different bracelets
If you are really keen on staying within the Cartier brand, I second this suggestion. The clash is surprisingly thin and comfortable. My only issue is that the little bobbles are not fixed and I could feel/ hear the movement. It may not bother some as it is quite subtle but to my highly sensitive nerves it was too much. It is the same reason I don’t like the lady Dior, the non removable charms drove me crazy. But if you don’t notice the slight jangle, the bracelet itself is quite comfortable and understated enough for everyday.

Have you seen their pieces in person/tried them on? I really do love Boucheron. I think it’s just not super popular in the U.S., but I have seen it more in Asia and Europe.
Yes I did. We got a new wedding band for my husband from the Boucheron boutique in Geneva.
Their service was amazing (we got a bottle of champagne just for a ring in wg) and their jewelry are incredible.
Big regret for me for not having been there before. Hope this helps :)

Try the coco crush bracelets. I think they would best fit your requirements and go with your existing love. Otherwise I would do a necklace, like a 10 motif hammered gold Vca. This pieces can be worn forever in my opinion. This is coming from a mom of 3 who is hard on her jewellery and prefers to keep things on. I have moved towards switching most of my pieces up daily. Except my 3 loves, diamond bangles and wedding set (or my substitute engagement ring). I wear these items 24/7. When I go on vacation I wear 1 of my 2 hammered 10 motif Vca necklaces and leave it on the entire time - even in ocean or pool. I just don’t sleep in earring anymore since my hole has stretched.

Get another love to stack! I stack a small and regular love together and they’re perfect.
Also do you wear your JUC close to your hand or behind the love? When I wear mine close to the hand it snags everything. Now I’ve been wearing it behind my love for nearly a year and haven’t had any issues.

It might not be as substantial a piece as you were looking for but the Cartier Trinity classic ring is the most comfortable ring I own. (And I have a lot of rings). I almost never take it off my right ring finger. I am also very hard on jewelry. I wear it to such an exclusion of the other rings I own that I almost feel bad! Good luck :)

Do you know if I’m a size 17 in Cartier love what size in Dinh Van pulse?

Would you consider another Love? Maybe in a different gold or with diamonds? I have three now and they are so hard wearing and comfortable for everyday, I would definitely recommend adding another to your collection :)

Have you considered anything from Messika? I really love the aesthetic and the price point is really great compared to the better known brands. I myself am planning on getting some earrings and can’t wait  I find their designs very unique, classic, modern and you won’t see too many people wearing the same piece
