Kendra Wilkinson Gets Tupac Onesie at Baby Shower: Details, Pictures from Party!
Her little girl's a trendsetter already! Pregnant Kendra Wilkinson was the guest of honor at a baby shower on Saturday, April 19, and left with quite the unique gift! The Kendra on Top reality star, who's expected to give birth any day now, received a Tupac Shakur onesie from one of the ladies in attendance.
The "sprinkle" informal shower was held at Wilkinson's friend's home and was planned by Good Carma Studio. Colorful bags of presents were lined up on the floor, as the house was decorated with Easter-colored flowers. Guests were treated to Manly Handz massages and indulged in a candy buffet by Candy Me Up. When revealing the black onesie featuring the late rapper's face, Wilkinson couldn't help but laugh and hold up the item for the crowd to see. Other memorable gifts for the pregnant star included pink baby shoes, and a gold POSH Mommy "We Love You Mommy" necklace.
"The baby shower was so much fun. The first time around, it was more formal and cute and getting stuff I needed. This time around it was more fun," Wilkinson, 28, told Us. "My friends kind of forced me to do it because - you're not technically supposed to do a second baby shower, but my friends wanted me to do it so bad, it was a good time to get my friends together and just have a good time. It was more like a bachelorette party than it was a baby shower!" (The former Playboy model and husband Hank Baskett are already parents to son Hank Jr., 4.)
"I told everyone not to get me anything. They got me amazing gifts but a lot of gag gifts," she added. "Everyone was drunk! It was like a light hearted fun, spring day to get together with friends. I'm glad we did it."
As previously reported, Wilkinson has had a "brutal" pregnancy this time around, but having her gal pals close helped her escape -- even for a little while. "It was important for me to do that. When you're pregnant you're kind of miserable and feel like crap, and every now and then you see a friend but you don't really have the energy to do it," she told Us. "It felt so great to see everyone."
Wilkinson and the former NFL player, 31, plan to film the star's C-section, and are already counting down the days. "I'm ready to get this baby out! I am ready! We just need to finish her nursery but other than that, I'm ready to go!" Wilkinson joked to Us. "Literally we have boxes all over the house - cribs, everything for the nursery. We have to do it - we're in this nesting stage and haven't done it yet!"
Despite that time crunch, the spouses of five years have already chosen a name for their baby girl -- well, sort of! "We have two [choices]. Before it was five, we are down to two. One is 80 percent," she teased to Us. "It's a very different name. One that you have probably never heard before. Well... maybe you have. You have! On a boy. But not really on a girl."
