I guess having 20 pairs of TB shoes, 5 bags, a few clothes and numerous SLGs doesn't make me a regular enough customer ;) I don't have a TB Boutique near me so I normally buy online or at Nordstrom, although surprised that the online store didn't check my buying history when replying if it is only for loyal customers.......anyway no worries, I will probably have to buckle at some point because I need this bag! :D Just annoying though when they obviously could offer the discount - if they wanted to.

I totally agree with you! With the thousands I spend every year - and if there is a sale right now - I'm annoyed I wasn't included. Really, the lack of deals at TB has been pushing me to Neiman and Bloomies where I'm likely to find a deal or at least get rewards from my purchases. You'd think TB would want you buying as much from them direct as possible for the bigger profit margin on their end. Oh well....

My understanding was that it is something the SA's get to offer to their clients.

HI as far as I was told by my SA the F&F cards where to be given out to people who have not made a purchase in the store yet or have not made a purchase in a while to bring them back to the company. They where told to hand them out among friends, neighbors etc, and post the signage on social media to attract more people. Clients where not supposed to receive any as they already have access to client only sales. The cards where for use in boutiques, online and outlet. I think since you are not a regular Tory Burch boutique customer you should be able to receive one. If you want you should text my SA its 805-612-5316 there are still a few days left before the 30th. I think it works differently here in Canada, I made a purchase less than 3 weeks prior to the sale starting and was still given the F&F and last week received a phone call, letter, and email about the pre-sale.

Any suggestions for a decent brown crossbody?
