It is never a bag I considered until I saw this thread, then I saw the pic of the scarlet and it was LOVE. Such a perfect red!
I am usually not a "small" bag girl but I think I can work with this bag. Apparently they are coming out with a larger kelsey in December, I really want the grey & brown but will wait for a possibly larger version!
SO happy to hear that! I bought black Kelsey on Saturday, loaded her up to discover she's too small! And she hangs to low on me. Going to return her this weekend. Hoping the new size will have longer handles and/or adjustible strap.
The Kelsey is about as small as I can go. I have to send the Scarlet back for a replacement -- the one that came had little dent marks in the handles, and was glazed over on the edges. How does one not notice missing leather when glazing?
That RED is nearly perfect! Can't wait for my replacement!
The larger one actually has a shorter strap and its not adjustable
Probably one of the few things that makes me question the Coach designers. The strap lengths and pockets (or lack of) and sometimes colors, but other than that. Can't wait to see the larger size.
Regarding size....I loaded up my Kelsey with Madison slim checkbook wallet, the new saff cosmetic case, two glasses cases, keys, phone, biz card case, and it all fit with no trouble. I was able to find things and not have to adjust one thing to get to the other like with some smaller bags. It's no Haley, but it does hold more than you might think. Just something for frame of reference....
Does anyone notice that your metal "connectors" are all scratched up possibly due to the friction? Case in point in picture. I'm a lil' upset about this, worried that the coating will continue chipping and come off with just a few wears.

I've noticed that on a Phoebe I recently purchased too. I am not sure what to expect.
Love your stuff! I especially love the Kelsey in birch. Gorgeous!! I checked my metallic Kelsey connectors and they also have some wear. My hardware is silver and honestly on the metallic the rubs blend right in with the tones on the bag so I'm not gonna worry about it. You know how to shop! Enjoy!!
I have a black Kelsey with silver hardware. There is some wear, doesn't seem to stand out that much to me though. I expected some wear, it's metal rubbing metal, but unless you looked real close, you'd probably never notice it.
