WOW! A white Lindy on the subway is brave! I would be scared that it would brush up against walls/seats/doors and get marked/stained

My salon is the exact opposite. I see more Hermes bags at my salon than anywhere else, except H stores.

Eek! Just right there near color and chemicals. My salon has tall cubbies behind the mirrors at each chair, so at least you could put your B or K in those for protection. I just can’t do it though. I have a small black canvas LV crossbody that even if some accident occurred it wouldn’t show much, although I want hair color on nothing but my hair!!

To stay on topic, I too saw an etoupe Evelyn at my salon recently, but couldn’t get a pic without being obvious. It was clearly well loved.

I assume you’ve never been on a Tokyo subway. They are completely spotless and passengers have respect for one another. In other words, it’s the direct opposite of any American subway system!

Birkin was first sitting on the floor. Then the dog sniffed out a banana and an apple in one of their other bags (he was not impressed! 😆). Then the wife came back and moved the Birkin off the floor.

Tokyo has the cleanest subways and most respectful passengers of any city in the world. Probably the safest place for a lindy to travel
