Hermès "Wildlife" Sightings

TPF may earn a commission from merchant affiliate

Please note:

Wildlife Sightings, mean OUT in the wild' means and NOT in Hermes zoos stores where rare species are so easily found.

Please report images that are just pics of others' bags in H store (as well as for any other posts breaking tPFrules).

If you happen to take a pic of children and can't crop, please make sure you at least blur/obscure the child.

I'm just really bugged out by that enormous Starbucks cup on the counter in pic 1.
I mean..it kind of seems at odds with a luxury shopping experience and location.
I agree....I'm always amazed at how in the US you see a lot of people walking in the streets carrying cups of beverages, it's not common here in Europe. I'd rather sit down and have a coffee or tea, not walk around carrying it!

Yet every single one of my friends or relatives outside the US asked me to bring one as a gift.

We often walk to my local store on Saturdays with my DH, pick up Sturbies and chat. Neither one of us is a regular coffee drinker so it is a treat. He is a much more agreeable shopper after a cup

Shopping with a Kelly in London. Interesting cultural differences about carrying take away coffee in shops. It’s definitely becoming more common in the U.K. I usually wait till I have time to sit to have a coffee, dislike the taste of coffee in paper cups. Only exception, if I am really cold and waiting for the bus or something.

Recent London sightings to stay on topic:
And back to food and beverages whilst shopping..I think being offered a drink by the sales associate is fine but i shudder when I see people wandering around looking at and touching clothes with a drink or even worse food in their hands.
There is always the risk of spills and damage to merchandise.
I once saw a woman walking round drinking a cup of tomato soup in a London store… I didn’t work there but I felt a strong urge to ask her to leave and finish her soup outside…
I’d be a harridan if I owned a shop and someone did that!!

Golly gosh that’s me with the Birkin:lol: Had I known you were taking a photo for tpf I would’ve made it a full on photoshoot produce-edition.

If I remember right, I’ve posted this outfit on the action thread before but this was a repeat outfit recently lol yes, the sneakers are also Hermès. It’s the Happy sneaker released this year.

I’ve always wanted to know how it felt like to be caught in the wild and thanks for making that happen! It’s my first that I know of:heart:
How do you keep your white sneakers so white? :amuse:

Yes I planning to go again too. Wonderful exhibition. I too wore my only Chanel jacket and mini reissue. There was a fair number of Hermes bags being carried - but that’s not surprising.

To stay on topic adding a wildlife photo from a few days ago. Not sure of the spec so if anyone can chime in please do so. I adore the pairing of trench and Kelly…
Is this a Kelly Danse?
