Hermes to open internet boutiques in Scandinavia in 2012!!!

The Swedish web shop is now open. I noticed that the pochettes cost a lot less than at the Stockholm store: they are 1300 at the store and 1000 at the web shop...! Such a discrepancy seems odd.

It´s much cheaper! I paid 27 500 Sek for the all silver CDC and it´s "only" 25 500 Sek on the web! That´s a $300 difference!

I recently bought a pareo and the difference is twice as much. I paid 5000 Dkk and that´s twice as much as it costs online.That´s insane.

Hermès supposedly adapts their prices somewhat regularly after changing exchange rates, both upwards and downwards, but this would only explain part of the price differences.

Of course it's great to get a good deal online, but it's weird that they appear to be underselling their franchiser...?
