So, because I have nothing from Burton and I love tulips, it came to a thought today, if there might be some leftovers in my store.
Oh, yes there was. The one last Tulipomanie and some Burtons.
But how can anyone choose between these to scarves?
Well, I couldn’t.
But then again I couldn’t choose between to Douze leopards a week ago, so DH said then, why just not take both of them? So I did.
So this time, I am alone, can’t choose, oh well, listen to Your husband, he has just taught me something precious, just buy them alllll!!😂
I think he has opened pandoras box.
I usually buy one at a time, just to enjoy more.
Anyway, I am suprised that the yellow CW is ok to me and Tea for Two is just lovely!
There is a pic of the new carres from 23 and Cheval Sirene as marine is on its way.
So it has been a good scarf year for me.

Btw there is still Brandenburg fleuri in the store. The problem is , which CW to choose?

The yellow based Tulipomanie looks lovely on you. The browns and deeper reds are really enhanced by your hair. The crisp white shirt is a perfect foil for this colourway.

Late find for me at the boutique after I hemmed and hawed over the spring and then couldn't find it again when I looked online later. This is the super cute men's cotton/silk Surfing Fan (Denis Osadebe).

It was a hard call between the blue/pink colorway (04) and the grey/teal colorway (06) as I like the horse and surfboard color on 06 better, but the hem better on 04. I think if the border color had been more red on CW06, I'd have gone for that, but the pink hem won out in the end and I got CW04. PS- the FIRST thing I did when I took it out of the box was get some cat hair on it.

Cheval Sirene arrived.
I find it a very interesting scarf. It is quite different from my other scarves. At first , was a bit, how am I going to tie this. After some tries, I can see , that this scarf has many faces, that’s what makes it so special, the design, magnificent, of course.

Does anyone know if the Tulipomanie has been released in the black-on-white without the sequins (and extra $3k on the price tag)? I’m looking for a black on white (mostly white) scarf, and I really like the balance on this one!! Just don’t want the rainbow sparkles. Or added cost 😅

No. The black and white version was released only as part of the exceptional series - with sequins.

Having said that, for a similar feel/effect, you can check Plumes et Panaches design - there was one CW issued in black and white, plus dots. I can check the CW number if interested.

Update - attached the CW reference. You might be able to still find it in some boutiques.

Bought this beauty gavroche before it disappeared from US website. I did see it in multiple colors on some other Hermes site whose currency I didn't recognize in multiple cws. Does Hermes regularly bring back old runs in limited #s? I know they released this gav years ago. Happy to have seen it before it disappeared minutes later.

Trying out my Legende Brodee scarf as a belt over an oversized shirt today. This is my first 90cm scarf that I bought at the end of last year and I love the versatility of this size. I tried a few different scarves on when I bought this and both my SA and my husband were unanimous in agreeing that this was the best colour choice for me based on my wardrobe and skin tone
