Dear @Maedi, the colors of 01 are very challenging. At first, I didn't intend to keep it as I agreed with @Ashanti_Rose that it is "a cacophony of colors" but it has grown on me and I finally LOVE it! It looks beautiful with green and white, and also with black, and @LKBNOLA has shown that it looks amazing on a fuchsia pink top.
09 is easier to wear. IMHO it is more casual and its bright colors will also be perfect for summer evenings. As far as I know judging from the photos you post, I think both will suit you wonderfully well. You can't go wrong with either of them! Sorry that I can't help better ;)

I wish I could help. I think they are both great. I found myself in same position with this beautiful scarf in a few CW's but so far have not pulled the trigger. I think you will do well either way you go!
