I know I'm in a minority but this is just another collection where there is nothing I like.....actually there is ONE thing: the greek-like sandals, and they're certainly nothing new! I cannot understand why nobody at Hermès is capable of bringing out a decent new bag design: year after year they get worst and worst, not to mention shoes, jewelry ecc....I guess my wallet is happy;)

Sorry for the rant, but it's just my humble opinion!

I share a similar sentiment.

Saw one editor say on Instagram that the scarf bags aren't actually bags. The leather strip will be sold, and it turns any 2 scarves into a bag.
I just don't see the point of these scarf bags... Won't they snag instantly on keys, metal parts of wallets, pens, watches, coat zippers/buttons... Plus the scarves have to be kept out of the rain. I dunno, the thought of dropping all that cash on precious silk scarves only to abuse them like this gives me the heebie jeebies!

Silk is an incredibly durable and hard-working material. It's able to support a lot of weight, too. Hermes sells a number of simple silk totes currently, which are essentially prone to the same issues that give you concern.

I think the message is that this accessory turns silk scarves into a daily companion for their clients and to take an un-precious approach to their luxury goods. Simply put, the scarf bag allows clients to bring more joy into their day by giving their favorite prints more face time, and we shouldn't be afraid to use the things that we have.

Oh do tell us more - I love scarf bags and do in fact turn my own scarf into a bag. It worked very well and made a super summery bag. I used the wash scarf so no need to worry about any water droplets.

Watching the live stream I saw those gorgeous wide leather trousers, but I noticed on the pics they are perforated, oh no! Why perforate beautiful leather?!
I like the menswear collections by Véronique Nichanian more than the womenswear collections by Nadège. Nadège designs are more sporty while I would like to see collections complementing the chic Kelly's and Birkins, more like Lemaire did.
The boxy bags instantly reminded me of the Delvaux cool box bags. Don't like the 'Mulberry' bags.

It's quite usual to perforate leather and suede for Summer collections. the material remains opaque to eye but allows more air to circulate and allows the skin to breath.

Plus they want to sell more scarves. I've used scarves as bags with a Romance 'belt' as a handle, they're not going to hold a laptop but they're great for carrying a pouch and a sweater.

You can just put all your bits in a pouch or cosmetics bag. This is more a Summer idea, I don't see them looking in tune with Winter coats etc.

This is my favourite but really one has to see it from the back to appreciate it. I don't think I'll be buying though as I need another black dress of any length like a hole in the head.

I like the cape-top reoccurring theme going on too. I'm sure I don't need anymore capes either. I think it harks back to classic H style under MM. Lots of leather work and interesting layered shapes going on.

I like the choker.

The only thing I'm not so fond of with Cinetic is the handle isn't very comfortable in the hand. Love the closure though. Glad it's carrying forward. Please about the Drag too but don't really get the huge cadena - perhaps it'll start a Chloe Paddington revival.
I think that horizontal bit is also a little clunky and I’m glad you said this about the handle. I think it would be extra painful when loaded, as the bag already looks heavy empty.

Do you guys have any info on what the accessory will be called? I really love the idea of a scarf to bag converter. I don't live near an H so I don't know how to stay updated on what they will call it or where it would be on the site. Please keep me in mind when you find out more about it!
