Actually would like to clarify that, for a chance to purchase for example a highly sought after bag, I will need to spend a minimum amount to qualify for the chance to purchase it under a SA? Because after reading almost all the 870 pages that is tagged under this Hermes Singapore forum, this is the answer I have gotten. is this a company/brand policy or is just a tactic made from the SA, to hit the quota of sales they need to generate. Because I have personally emailed Hermes themselves and the replied I gotten from them is that, firstly, there is no minimum amount that we need to spend, to "qualify" for a bag. secondary, there is no waiting list or no bags are being reserved for anyone. So the brand is saying one thing and the way of how bags are being given out seems to be working in another way. Just asking to seek some transparency in all of these.

You already got your answer. Watch some YouTube’s about Hermes, and gather insights from global customers of Hermes and you will find the reasons how and why it works in real life.

Strategy. My personal take is - it is what it is. Arguing, complaining, comparing or insisting otherwise will definitely not gonna help so it is either we take it or we leave it. That’s how they filter they clients and that is exactly what makes them exclusive. As the saying goes - hate the game, not the player.

You got it! It is also a known fact that H will not admit to this since a required pre-spend is like a tying arrangement under antitrust law.

Nope. I’m just waiting for either mini k in neutral or pop of colours or b25 in neutrals, or blue tones or k25 sellier in neutrals, or bleu tones. Trying to not let my disappointment get to me and just enjoy my purchases. Kinda hard to not feel as though i’m getting stringed along by my SA...

Can feel your frustration.

Can't be sure but I guess with H, there is no fixed rules and it differs from client to client, SA to SA. Previously, when I was offered to submit my wish list, I wasn't able to give such wide options, my SA only ask me if I'm after a K or B and she told me to give her choice of colours in prioritization sequence, turns out, didn't manage to get the colours I submitted but was still been offered a neutral so I accepted it, I'm not sure if we should be more specific yet not so specific? haha... I mean probably stick to 1 model (eg. K25 sellier) but few choices of colours. I'm firm on my hardware choice though.

I haven't receive my customization watch too which I'm quite disappointed because it's meant to be a gift but no choice, can only wait for the day it arrive.. ugh..

I was at the Taka store last week to purchase some make up items as Xmas gifts. Nothing much in store except for the very bright colours Oran which is not my liking.. I'm too late for the pastel colour tone ones.
There is a photo booth and I'm surprise to receive a box of Xmas cookies upon checking out, didn't spend much on that day.

Finally got time to do Christmas shopping… but nothing to buy at all! Haha but my SA was so lovely and offered us the Christmas gifts at the start and we got to do the photo booth. Fun! Managed to find a couple of things for Christmas but stocks are really super low at the moment!

Hello everyone, is there a limit for non quota bags like lindy, picotin, etc?
can u get the same bag in different colors?
thanks for sharing your experience.
I was advised by SA not to get too many non quota bags (I think to avoid looking like reseller plus give other people a chance). My guidance was 2 non quota bags a year as well.
