I sent my vintage box Constance for spa around end August. Main thing I asked for was to condition the leather cause I find it not as glossy as I’d like it to be and there seemed to be hairline cracks showing on the strap. I was worried that it may eventually worsen so I outlined my concerns.

Come early September, I was quoted $405 for cleaning + makeup + finishing by the team in Paris. I proceeded as per their recommendation.

Yesterday, I was informed that my bag was ready for collection! Quite surprised honestly as they initially told me the wait was around half year minimally.

I’m going to collect it this weekend and fingers and toes crossed for a younger looking Box Constance!!! (It’s a 43 year-old grand dame hahaha!)

if they used their phones to queue for you in your presence, highly likely you’ll just have to exercise patience for the bag you requested. Good luck!

I had a similar experience at LT with another SA. The SA was so disappointing and gave me the feeling such as 'If you are not buying anything here is the door'.

Fortunately for me, I have now found a sweet SA and the journey starts for me.

Hi! Just want to share that there’s a reason why we don’t actually name our SA, if you look back you can see no one actually mentions any names or share them publicly on the forum. If we do, we do it privately… but H is all about the relationship so often times, it’s an unspoken thing that we don’t ask for names. The biggest reason is because it will be easier to identify you. For example you mentioned the SA’s name at Liat tower… the staff are aware of this forum, someone might see it and let her know… based on what you posted, she puts two and two together and figures out it’s you. This may or may not affect your relationship with the store and SA. So best to avoid naming unless you’re done with H… hope you get the Evelyne for your wife! She’s very lucky :)

I’ve been a silent reader over the years and have picked up many wonderful tips from this forum. Having started my journey in September this year, I met a lovely SA who can click well with me and has good taste. Shopping with him during this pandemic has been nothing short of fabulous. I’m very thankful that he got me what I love and steered me away to the right choices when I’m in dilemmas. It’s true when the SAs and ladies here say “buy what you like”. SAs can truly see the joy in you when your eyes light up, it makes the whole journey sweet, memorable and exciting at the same time.

Fast forward to yesterday, H fairy came and granted me with the holy grail on my wishlist - a K28 Sellier in Bleu Saphir with Gold HW. Even the twilly was something I had in mind but didn’t have luck with it previously. I’m still in disbelief as I type this entry. Someone pinch me please.

If you’ve recommendations on bag inserts for my new baby, please let me know. ;)

Thanks! It’s still sitting in the box and I’m deliberating whether to wait for Christmas or unbox and use now.

The wait was slightly over a month after expressing my wish list. Tbh, it’s hard to pinpoint a timeline. Some got it fast, some waited for a long time. It all depends on how easily available your wishlist is, whether the demand outstrips the supply, seasons of the year, relationship with SA, luck? Things are quite unpredictable right now, esp. with Covid.
