Hi Ladies,

Just wanna share my happiness to members here. Finally, I got my 1st QB K28 Sellier in Singapore. It took me around 5 weeks to received the bag after I hit the pre spend.

I would like to say thank you to members here who gave me so much advice when I first started my H journey.
Also, I would like to ask for your advice about Constance 24, Mini Lindy & Kelly Pochette Are these bags considered QBs?

Hi ladies,

I'm in quite a bit of a predicament and will like to seek your opinions..
My regular SA recently left H, and she introduced me to another SA prior to her departure. However, this new SA seems pretty unenthused and initial impressions haven't been great. Should I give her (and myself) more time or should I start from scratch and find someone else whom I can (hopefully) click with? Not sure if there would be any SA who will still want to take over my profile and help me propose for a bag as my current spending is already quite close to getting a quota bag. Also, any idea if my spending history will be reset after some time of inactivity?

Yes, this was my first purchase, but I think I dressed the part and projected an okay image and actually bought something. But could not believe they said they were out of paper bags. Like come on, i see them RIGHT there.

Hi! Sorry to hear this.. so close! I would give her a chance and see if the relationship turns around, and perhaps also drop by a little more often (same store since your profile has already been built) just to see if there is anyone else who might suit you better. Just how I would do it given the situation. I have not heard of spend history reset after time of inactivity but perhaps the others can help chime in here!

Don’t feel bad @pursescape. It’s not you! I got to choose between a few odd sizes of paper bags too coz they were really OOS. Global supply chain issue maybe. I was like yeah anything is fine.

I hope that was it. The SA did make small talk with me about my life toward the end, and gave me a sample perfume and windmill for my kid. So maybe that was compensating for it?
But I think I'll keep shopping around to see if there's an SA who's a better fit.

I made a purchase last wed and the size of orange paper bag that fits my orange box happen to be OOS. I told my SA I do not want the next size which is very big so she ask if a plain white paper bag is OK which I accepted.

My SA said they are out of paper bag as well. so, they gave me a white paper bag few days ago. but I don't mind because normally I don't recycle branded paper bags.

For my few purchases in Oct, I have been given the wrong size paper bag (way longer than my items which are squarish boxes). So they fit really oddly. Had I known they were out of the right size, I would have asked for plain white ones.
