My SA said shipment will be delayed but did not specify whether the customised watches will come in Nov. I just need it to come by Dec because the watch is a Christmas gift. My guess is that by early Nov, the watch should be here.

I’ve noticed that several ladies have been repeatedly asking about the DOA of the watches since Sep. i’m guessing that there will be quite a number of us who will hit quota with the watch. Rationally speaking, from the looks of things, not everyone will receive their B/K Christmas presents in time from their H fairies. But if you’re patient, perhaps by early next year.

It’s not that easy to ask SA to get a non quota bag anymore. Because of resellers and high demand of some bags, there is now restrictions. It seems that if you already purchased a bag, you cannot purchase the same bag in another colour (within x time frame).

For newbies, if you are intending to get popular bags in popular colours, you probably have to wait a longer time. And also depends if the SA is willing to put into waitlist for you.

For the wishlist/waitlist, it'll only be a bag at a time? While waiting for the wishlist/waitlist bag, am I able to purchase/enquire about other bags which may be readily available in the boutique?
