I had asked similar question in the past. I am not sure what is the communication line with your SA. But for me it doesnt hurt that I put down the specs that I want for my quota bag in the whatsapp chat. So that the SA can anytime refer to it when the time comes to submit for approval. Also by giving the specs earlier, my SA can advise whether it is a hard to get specs, popular specs (so waiting is longer) or easy to get specs. My SA will advise its best to give them a few specs options as well.

Hi everyone, may I check if "classic" colours such as gold/black/etain for picotins are received in store throughout the year? I recently purchased a seasonal colour pico 18 which my SA was able to reserve for me but unfortunately the tone does not suit me and I would like to exchange it for a safer/more classic colour. However my SA informed me that they are only getting seasonal bicolour picos at the moment and classic colours won't be coming in, at least not that she knows of. I'm okay to exchange for store credit and wait for my preferred colours to arrive but just wondering if it's true that classic colours won't come in together with the seasonal ones. Anyone able to shed any light on this? TIA!

Can i check, i’m told that have to wait a few months for next quota bag. If hit the prespend and need to wait till 2months later to submit for approval will the SA reach out to you for specs or have to remind them nearer to the date?
