Hello, is anyone able to share if online purchases would count towards our profile? Am hesitant to make large purchases online and would prefer to spend in store. Both for the experience of trying items/colours and to accumulate points with Taka card hahah.

Online spending doesn’t count towards your store profile but if I’m not wrong, SA can see what you bought online.

yes I was so surprised too, and I asked my SA about it. as the whole store, there's only me and her, i guess it was okay to present the bag to her at the "public" area haha

I see more and more people carrying Bs and Ks these days so I think it’s quite common to have quota bags being offered in boutiques to customers now? Perhaps they would only bring customers to private room when it is a SO.

I think be careful about buying multiples of the same thing.. as always they may think you are buying to resell if you buy more than one of the same thing (I couldn’t buy a pair of the same earrings as a present for my sister from the store).

That makes sense. And interesting to hear that quota bags can be shown in the “public” area! Nice to see coveted bags being offered.

not true, got offered in a private room. SA told me they’ll try to get the private room for their clients or the changing room.
