Hi , after much Hermes chasing through the reseller route, I am Also looking for a SA to work with for my next H bag. quite Frankly I feel intimidated whenever I get into a local H store but I never had this problem when I visit Hermes when traveling.
if any of lovelies can recommend a nice SA, please let me know

Hi do have a conversation with you SA and ask politely if you are eligible for a B/K and if so, share with him/her the specs of the B/K you are after. There is no need to wait to be offered.

Ic. As my own SA told me that have to wait. But another SA told me that as long as I have the amount, she will offer me. But she is currently on long leave.

i think typically people work only exclusively with one SA unless the one you work with go on leave. Else it might be abit awkward. but i also heard that certain SAs dont count leather goods 100% for the 1 to 1 spending (only 10%) and definitely bags do not count. hope you get what you want soon

My SA happened to have something on, hence her colleague come over to help. Anyway thanks for your advice.

Don’t wait. Go and ask your SA again. They get so many requests from customers, yours may have slipped their mind. Lindy mini impossible to get. Pico 18 is possible. I have seen them on display on rare occasions.

Is your bag newly purchased (in 3 months)
If yes, custom will charge. But if its more than 3 months they wouldn't charge.
