Hi, I don’t think a L26 is a quota bag. It’s more popular that the larger sizes so you may find that it’s harder to get. It’s usually not on display so you’ll need to ask the SA for it. I’ve seen ppl buy a L26 on a walk-in basis, so you may want to ask the SA at MBS to contact you when they do receive the stocks. On occasion, I’ve seen some L26 on the Hermes website too, even in neutral colors like etoupe.

As for the mini lindy, they are also not quota bags. Just very hard to come by (harder than the L26) as they are in demand plus low stocks.
Any others who are more familiar with these can comment too! :)

I have the same understanding. Lindys in whatever size are not quota bags. The mini one is harder to get and is usually reserved for VIPs. But no harm asking for it. You may get a pleasant surprise

What was the "1:1" spend inclusive of? I heard that purchase of leather goods does not count, for example... happy to be corrected of course if this is wrong! :P

Also, have you tried bringing this topic up with your SA, so that your expectations around target and timeline can be managed?

My SA said bags does not count in the quota. So it is indeed 1:1 without coutnting bags. I'm quite frustrated bc I have spent quite some money there and wondering if Takashimaya may be easier to score with the same purchase history.

I have also built a large purchase history at Taka but not through a single SA - just drop in on who was available. I went in over the weekend to be "matched" with someone who was willing to help ongoing since I said I had a long wishlist and special occaisions coming up. Honestly, if after all the running around and dollars spent (if I want a Birkin that badly) I will just buy off Lecrin if the SA does not want to offer one. At least I will get the exact colour/metal/leather I am after.

Dont wait. Your SA may not know or remember that you want a B/K. You should just tell your SA that you are looking to get a B/K. There is no need to be shy with these things. At worse she will say you need to spend $x more but at least you know what the score is. I don’t think Taka necessarily has more stock or vice versa. What is important is to build the relationship with your SA.

I was really close to purchase gold on gold mini lindy today. After I keyed it CC details, it said : Please check your payment details again. Then I submitted again, it was long gone....
