I went to the sales around 10+am and it wasn’t too crowded. Pretty easy to shop around and given ample time to choose

Managed to score 2 bracelet, 2 scarves and a hat.

No luck with rtw and shoes.

No leather bracelets for sure. I saw enamel ones... and clic clacs if I am not wrong.

I actually I believe they sell the wallpaper & fabric by meters, in which they can cut according to your need. But I agree that nobody seems to have any knowledge about it at all.

I enquired and one person referred me to another.. then another.. it was getting nowhere..

Thanks for sharing, Aube. They do sell in rolls. But I gave up in the end.. I wouldn't be happy looking at my wall covered with wallpaper that reminds me of how upset I was walking out of the store that day. *Money saved!* Woohoo!

Just to share: I went to Hermes Liat yesterday in order to get a spa treatment for a Birkin. The SA Emilia was great. The bag will be sent to Paris however as parts of the PHW need to be changed because Hermes does not polish the Metall and the scratches look ugly. Spa in Paris is SGD 480 and changing some hardware is SGD 150. Downside: I have to wait for 6 months.

I agree with you. Emilia's great! Another day I happened to pop by Liat Tower to see if they have stock that my home store didn't have. Emilia happened to be at the home department and she served me readily.
Her service attitude was so good that I completely forgot I could transfer the items to my home store for purchase hahaha.. I just bought on the spot! I'm really glad to let her have the commission.

SA's sometimes have to be reminded the hard way that they are there to SELL merchandise not ATTITUDE. I wouldn't tolerate any clown behaviour irregardless of what i am wearing to a "luxury" boutique. I am there as a spending customer, not asking for freebies so spare me the hurrah and show me what i ask for.

I love the rtw... 2 beautiful knitted tops. The leather hat was cute too.

You. Are. So. Lucky. I love your loots at the scarf department! I can't believe they appear at the sale. I didn't see anything so classic. They got snapped up very quickly.
I hesitated over a pair of slippers and they were gone in 10 mins. But it's ok, I was lucky enough to score another pair of slippers that wouldn't move as the size is really really really very small but somehow fit me!!! Happy day! and I changed into them immediately after payment.

Oh I bought a hat, too. The young boy SA saw me in the hat and shyly told me I looked cute in it. *Blush*

Congrats! I was there at 2:30. No queue, no crowd, no treasures in the scarf room. Left without anything. Service was good but there were some awful customers who used their shopping bags as weapons to barge around.

My hauls from this morning’s marketing. A little regret getting the purple enamel bracelet instead of the Optique Chaine D’Ancre in Silver. But well..

This is what I bought: 3 ties for DH, 2 enamels, 2 identical scarves-one for me and one for my mom. Loved a pair of wedges but they didn’t have my size.
Conclusion: will definitely go again.
