Ladies- I just purchased my first H item and started to plan what to buy in order to qualify for the kelly of my dreams. But wondering- how’s the stock for the Takashimaya store? The SA that I spoke to said it’s not hard to get a kelly as long as it’s not a really specific color and I purchase enough items. But just to make sure, have you guys had more luck at the flagship store? Or should I stick with the Takashimaya store?

The SA literally said you purchased enough items?! Wonder is it because you have helped the SA to hit his/her sales quota already so anytime if there's a Kelly which you want, she will reserve for u. Or is there really such a "purchase enough items" system for h, to make ppl buy

Hi fellow Singaporean!
Need advise... I gotten back from Paris 2 weeks back and have a couple of items that I wish to exchange for a smaller size and colour.
I contacted a particular boutique in here and was told that I can do the exchange as Long as its within 30 days.
However, quite frankly I am quite nervous about stepping in to our local boutique, believe it or not I have been to one a couple of years back and felt a little intimidated by the attitude of the SAs (not naming which location)

I am pretty sure it’s just an one off incident but I am getting nervous again at the thought of stepping into one because I am not actually going in to buy something but exchanging stuff.
I am kinda worried that I will encounter the same sort of treatment ... I have heard good things about MBS boutique so wondering if I should go there instead

Could you ladies give me some advise about which boutique to go to for the exchange?
Thanks so much in advance. ❤️

Hi there. I usually shop overseas (usually through my hubby :)) and hardly buy in SG. I’ve had no problems exchanging stuff in H SG though and I’ve done it in Scotts and MBS. As long as it’s within the same product category. But they’ll need to retain your original receipt.

Hi Love, thanks for your reply. :)❤️
That’s good to know. I am kind of worried that their attitude may change if I say I am here for exchange, I know I may be silly to worry about that but I did not want to leave the boutique feeling ‘lousy’.. it does affect my mood.
