Hi @Huckleberryeg - I got a Bastia a few weeks ago. If I read my receipt correctly (not wearing my reading glasses ) it was SGD360. Hope that helps

Hi guys I've just started my H journey last month in a local boutique and hope to work up to my first K by Xmas! My ultimate dream is to achieve a SO Kelly eventually. Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a special Quota one must fulfil in order to put a SO in e.g. must u be a regular customer for a minimum number of years or is it just upon hitting a specific quota etc

Putting this question out there as I've been scrolling through this thread (after 2016)and have yet to see anyone ask this question. Thanks!

Why don’t you ask your SA directly?
How big a spender and length of time with H store both count. Generally SOs are given to regulars. I’ve been with the local H store for nearly 9 years and I got offered my first SO last year. I’ve been with my German H store for 5 years but got an SO offer which I declined after just 2 years with them. So suggest you ask your SA directly but things do happen when you spend BIG!!! And I really mean BIG!

Yes I will be asking my SA but honestly haven't quite built up the courage to since our relationship is quite new even though we clicked well. Wasn't sure if I would be given an 'honest' answer lol but 9 years is looong Hope my bank account can hold out till then Meanwhile guess I will just try to enjoy the journey and see where it takes me!

From my interaction with my SG SA, I think it's more about the amount than the length of time at the SG stores. And unlike other countries, you can be pretty direct with the SG SA's with such questions and they will give you a straight answer.

i actually just checked with a SG SA last weekend and i asked about SO. he told me straight in the face that this is only for those whom are really at the top tier. and he mentioned that SG stores are only assigned about 1-2 quota.

Thanks for your response everyone! I know of an acquaintance who managed to put in a SO recently but don’t think she was exactly in the ‘top tier’ more like a regular customer for 3-4 years maybe and not the highest spender definitely. So I was wondering if maybe it could also be up to your SA e.g. how much they like you or how senior they are etc. Maybe if I get a chance I’ll try to ask her but like I said, I don’t know her very well and I find that sometimes people get very evasive when asked about their H experiences for some reason. I’ve definitely gotten more information from this forum that’s for sure!
