I was in disbelief when a junior SA told me the craftsman is no longer in Singapore. Perhaps it was a lie to discourage me from sending a potential item for repair to save her from paperwork *shrugs* oh well! On a brighter note, I'm glad i usually shop at another boutique.

Your information might just be correct I was only hoping to get some clarity out of this incident .. if others are told the same info

It happened 2 weeks ago with that SA. Few days back, i went to my usual boutique & spoke to a SA who casually mentioned that she can send it to a local craftsman to take a look. I just nodded as i didn't want to speak badly or to burden her with a response for what i was told by her distant colleague.

However the wait for spa is usually 6-9mths
Coz sg is the hub for many south-east Asia clients
