I don't know about anyone else but I find the Hermes boutiques at the airport and MBS the best. I don't have much chemistry with the Orchard ones. I feel like they judge you when you walk in. Maybe they are too busy so they try to focus on the customer they think will spend the most.

Humble question: I wonder how they feel about people who generally don't spend a lot per trip but would purchase one or two items per trip and make a trip to boutique every other week? Does that count as a lot of requests but little actions?
Also, what's the politically correct thing to do when your SA isn't around or he/she is serving another customer?

If my SA is serving another customer, i will browse while waiting. Alternatively, i will just come back later.
If he/she isn't around, i will ask her colleague if she's working today etc and come back again... unless there's something i really want and could be sold out by then, i'll shop with the available SA.

Theoretically that's great advice. I do find it hard to reject another SA who come up to ask if there's anything she can help me. For instance, I've already got 2 SAs, there's this another SA clearly knows it, but she still asked to serve me and even being very proactive to telecommunicate with me where my first 2 SAs never done that for me before...
So I'm torn. Not sure if I should go back to my first 2 SAs or move on to the 3rd one? Or just accept all 3 and give sales to whoever is around?

My SA tells me it's fine as it's part of building your "profile/relationship" and it shows you are really an avid lover of H.

As for me, I usually text my SA the items I want and she will find for me. Once she has it, then I will make the trip to the store when she's around. Or if I happen to be nearby, I will also text her to make sure she's around before I go to the store.

Hmmm... I don't really have any wish list actually... I shop on the spot, buy whatever I like/"need" the most from the current stock. Which also means, I constantly look forward to new stock arrival. ^_^||| When I missed the new stock arrival because first 2 SAs didn't call me, I was rather sad.
That being said, I do like all 3 SAs. Each one offers different kind of help. First two give very relavent advices so I always come home with great purchases. The 3rd one is new but she's really going extra mile. I feel that they work as a team to help me. I really like the team spirit. ^_^

Just wondering, all 3 SAs are from the same store? If they are, I believe it's ok to shop with either of the 3 SAs as your profile is tied to the same store not same SA, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes Pinkie, they are in the same store. ^_^

I have no idea how this profile thing works. I used to have a profile (history of purchases?). Then it got wiped out completely. Coincidentally, I changed credit card at that time. So I guess it can tie to your card.

I also heard profile can tie to your mobile number also... :)

hmmm.. if the first 2 SAs didn't update me on new stock arrival, i will not hesitate to shop with the 3rd helpful SA. No hard feelings with the first 2 SAs though. =)
