Happy lunar new year all!
I have a question I was hoping you may be able to help me with.
I was pleased to be informed by the SM at podium now that she's placed an order for a HAC40 for me as its a bag I've been waiting for (and which our local stores don't seem to order often). The colour she's chosen is meant to be a surprise (I had requested for dark blues, Macassar or black in togo).

So my questions are as such:
i) Once a PO is made, how likely is it that it will be approved by Paris? My understanding is that (and I may be mistaken) each boutique has a buying budget for PO and hence a quota. So if the SM is willing to use the quota for purchasing a HAC for example, then is there a good chance the bag will actually arrive?
ii) Given my colour options, what is the likely colour she has picked? I don't know what the offerings are at this month's podium.

I've been a loyal client with this particular boutique for the last 3 years and am hoping my wish for a HAC will come to fruition...

If she said she will order at podium, then trust her that she has done it. If Paris rejects it, I'm sure she will tell you too. When the bag will arrive is the big question mark. You never know when it is H related.

I'm a 37 and I didn't have to size up. The sandal was a good fit.

Not sure what you mean by repair but I sent in my kelly which had a very loose turnlock. They changed the entire piece for me together with the hardware that's on the straps. You have to pay more than the usual spa price obviously (I paid about $1100 or $1200 for hardware change and also re-stitching of the bottom panel, which had lost a few stitches) but changing of hardware can be done. :)

Hi thanks for answering!! Yes, would like to repair my constance hardware (the one where the strap goes). Is it possible for the craft to be doing that? Thank you.

Hi, just wonder if its common. I bought a corfou and resole it.. after one wear, I realise the bottom of the leather split open. Is it possible to go back Hermes for repair or exchange?
