I think this SS 2017.. I am in a little Twin star mode.. been very attracted to the pop pinks and blues! Only when u post then I laughed cos now got grigri in this color combo!

How tall are you? It really depends on the look you want. Retourne is a lot more casual, sellier more formal and structured. Sellier are normally in epsom and some may not like the stiff leather. So it really boils down to one's likes and dislikes. I am a big kelly fan , much more so than the birkin and definitely prefer the sellier as I prefer the structured look. Suggest you ask your SA to let you try the different bags and sizes.

HiKkho,thank you for your advice.

I'm 1.60cm tall but big frame. I have tried on both K28 Sellier and K32 Retourne.If handheld,K28 Sellier look small but sling is ok. K32 retourne look ok on me when handheld and sling.

At first SA suggest that I take K32 Sellier but after I tried on K32 retourne,he suggested that I take K32 retourne.

I heard that Sellier maybe difficult to strap and unstrap as well as limited space.Is it true?Is Sellier 32 too boxy?

Personally , I find it easier to close the flap in selliers than the retourne.
As the epsom leather is stiff, it is true that space is more tight compared to the retourne of the same size. Sellier is structured and more boxy for sure but that's what I love about it.
So what did you take in the end?

I have not told my SA what my choice is.I want it in black.
Maybe a K28 sellier or K32 retourne.Im afraid K32 will be too boxy and get in the way when i sling.I dont like the bag to be banging here and there if its too big and gets in the way.

Average spa time is 6 months, can be faster depending on what needs to be done.. Cost is $410 for basic spa. when I did it last year. Best to check any increase in price. I usually drop my bag at Scott's square or takashimaya.

Nice! I saw them posted on others' IG as well. Asked my SA about it, and he replied that he doesn't have it and likely only available in China.

So well, I guess having purchased only one birkin (plus the eligible spend) within the last year didn't qualify me for these paper packets. To date I'm still justifying to myself that he just didn't wanna hurt my feelings

That's H customer service for me. Definitely thinking twice to continue on this journey

Don't be disappointed
It's not a big deal
These are reserved for exclusive clients it's their call who they wanna give
Think on the brighter side
Having a gd sa getting nicer things all year round are more important
