Hi all,

Does anyone have a good SA to recommend? Have done walk-ins at Scotts Square and Liat Towers for scarves, belt and the like but didn't really meet any SA I liked particularly. One of them at the latter also did not get back to me on a scarf I asked for. Figured I should bring my business somewhere else and stick to one if I want to get B/K eventually.

Searched in the SA rec thread but last question was more than a year old, so figured I'll ask here.

TIA!
I think the folks at Scotts Square are generally friendly and helpful...I am starting to shop there nowadays and it seems easier to get non-B/K bags there if you're into those as well.

Hi all, I'm still relatively new to the brand and would to start my collection in one of the stores in Singapore. Any advise on which store would have good selection of items?
If you want get more bang for your buck, then you need apply for the dbs Amex card. You can get up to 6 percent rebates in takashimaya vouchers on normal days and get double rebates during special sale dates. So as you build up your profile, you also save when your b/k comes

Agreed that the SA at Scotts Square are easier to work. The operating hours are also more manageable for me. Liat closes too early for me to drop by after work. At Scotts, apply to be a Scarlet member and you get to earn points (easily). Have gotten lots of vouchers from the points (obviously!!) which can be used for taxi, shopping (includes fairprice) and parking.

Thanks aethra21! Agree. Was just at SS last weekend and found them more helpful than those at the Taka branch where I had stopped by first, and so decided to make 2 purchases there instead of wait for the SA at Taka to call me, since they were more helpful and had what I wanted in stock.

Thanks b2b3m4! Great suggestion, yes I clocked points on the Scarlet membership with my purchases. Plus UOB lady's solitaire card members have parking benefits at SS.
