You want to exchange a b for a b or a k for a k? Same size? Or just changing color preference ?
It is very very unlikely they will do it for you, even if it's just for a color change. The exchange policy has also changed recently from 3 to 1 month now.

Thanks for replying.
I want to exchange a b for a b. Just bought on sat. I thought I can take gold hardware but I still prefer phw. I was told cannot return or exchange. They don't have anything for me now I think. But if I can return, I would want to do it. Please advise how I should go about returning or exchanging it. [emoji27]

I guess you can ask your SA about this. H has some rules which I believe a lot of us may not understand at times.

HI Kkho, I'm curious what do you mean by the exchange policy has been changed from 3 to 1 month? Do you mean we can exchange our purchases within 3 months? Pardon me for my curiosity :)

Fyi, Ghw is a lot more sort after and difficult to find. If the store already told you they can't do it, then it's a no for you dear. My gf bought a lindy 30 from Paris last year and tried to change it in Singapore to a different color and was told 'they don't have anything' until the 3 months exchange policy was over. So that's just a polite way of saying NO.

If you purchased any H items anywhere in the world, you can ideally exchange it or get store credit if the receipt was within 3 months. Last couple of months, it has changed to 1 month.
Certain items can be exchanged or changed to store credit, certain items like B or K may not be allowed. This might differ from store to store and country to country so Pls ask or check with your SAs on this. But the exchange time frame has been reduced to just 1 month.

Thanks Kkho. I bought it at Liat tower but they said no return as store credit or exchange. I am not sure if I should keep the sauge with ghw. Thanks for liking it. By the way, I like your collection a lot. So I tried with ghw but cannot get used to it. Do you not think that ghw make you look more matured? Or it's just my brain that it will just add on my age. Haha.... See if I can get back my love at first sight again. Ladies, I've learnt my lesson. Don't be sway by momentary desire to have one asap, just wait for your dream bag. Guess I have to build my profile again...

I would take anything with ghw in a heartbeat! Esp if it's in sauge. And I don't think gold makes one look older or more matured at all.
Congrats on the B, it's lovely! Hopefully the color will grow on you quickly!!

Coolz,I totally agree with Kkho.Ghw is more difficult to get.I got my B30 black with ghw too and I love it.I used to like black with phw but i was offered ghw instead.I went ahead with it and still loving it till now.Sauge with ghw is a neutral colour and easy to match.IMO Ghw wont make a person look mature.
