Do y’all always buy things your SA introduce? My SA has often introduced items to me. 1 x cups, 1 x watch, 1 x shoes, 1 x silver jewellery, 1 x gold jewellery and many many times SLG. All are very, very popular designs which are not on display. So far I only bought the 1 x shoes and 1 x SLG which my SA recommended. As my SA recommended SLG many many times, should I start to buy the SLGs? I wonder is it that I bought too little SLG.
Buy what you like it's your money. As long as you are happy with your purchase.

I think it’s quite difficult to get more than 1 quota bag a year now. I was told there is a “cooling period” of 3 months before the next quota bag can be applied for. And the trend now seems to be 8 to 12 months wait for a quota bag. So, there we go.
Thanks for sharing this! Was wondering if there's a cooling period after getting a QB before I can ask for a non-QB? Have also started accumulating pre-spend for the next QB (about 8k).

Actually all these is what SAs tells us. None of these r absolute truths. So u should really ask ur SA.

Technically it's not a quota bag. However, it is still a very popular model, so it will be hard to get it without any kind of purchase history.
More experienced H shoppers, please correct me if I'm wrong! :)

Agree. Actually, in general, you have higher chances of getting non quota bags and other popular items be it bags or non bags with purchase history.

It really depends who is there to greet you. My first visit at orchid rd was so nice but the second time another SA gave me a long head to toe look and I think it was the flip flops that she didn’t like :P my feet were swollen so those were the only shoes i could wear at the time and I had zero regrets if someone would still think less of me because of it

Fully agree it depends on who’s there to greet you. My first visit was to look for a Kelly belt. I was wearing china brand feiyue shoes and carrying a Gucci bag (lower end range). My hub was wearing slippers while carrying a plastic bag with a few bottles of mineral water. The SA told us there is no stock but called me back 3 weeks later to inform my Kelly belt is here. So thankful to meet a wonderful SA.

Hi everyone! I'm just starting out my Hermes journey and would really appreciate some advice. I first visited LT and created a profile with an SA there. The SA took the initiative to ask if I had any wish list bags (and of course I was more than happy to share). I got my eye set on a few items which weren't available so I requested for the SA to get in touch when in stock. No news from LT to date.

Weeks later, I dropped by NAC and purchased the item I wanted (my first in-store purchase, all purchases have been made online so far). The SA had me create another profile with NAC before payment. The SA wasn't keen to chat and when I asked if I have to make all my purchases with one SA, I was told "it doesn't matter", my profile isn't tagged to one SA and so long as I make all purchases from NAC, that'll do.

I'm a little confused... am I really able to work my way to a QB without a "fixed" SA? Also, I didn't understand why I had to create profiles both at LT and NAC, does that make any sense?

Thank you so much in advance, ladies!

The short answer to your question is
Technically - Yes. Your purchases and profile in one store is taken as a whole.
In Reality - No. Stick to one SA. Your SA will the be key to everything. He/she will be the one to submit your requests and fight for your bags.

IMO, that is the SA’s way of saying he/she doesnt want to take you as an additional client.
