What I do is I’ll let my SA know what I’m keen on that’s available online and she will request it for me. But I usually do that only for twilly/scarves/fj. Have not tried for homeware.

So far, Ive only bought those that SG did not order (like certain colors of shoes), or items that will no longer be restsocked and come in (past season) and on my next visit I just let my SA know in passing that Ive bought them. I dont think it hurts because I only buy those that I’ll no longer/wont be able to buy in SG and not really significant in value and Im still able to get my qb after such purchases.

I will ask my sa first. If my sa’s response is it’s seasonal or May not come again or won’t come in again, I will just order online again without informing sa. Sometimes my sa will bring out in the next few visit then I will say ‘I thought you said no more so I ordered online already’ and my sa is fine with that.

Sometimes my sa will see me using them and said I managed to get. And I will reply yah I bought from xxx country or xxx store.

Haha Ive actually waited close to 1 year already for my homeware items . Why don’t you just speak to your SA and ask if she can get it for you since it’s available online .
