I have not been visiting the store for a while because the items that I placed order for have not arrived yet. I asked for Kelly belt in noir GHW/RGHW and OZ mules. Anyone gotten any of these items recently?
 
I heard putting in deposits on po even tho 100% don't count into your profile until items are received. A friend's SA told her don't collect her watch yet even tho its ready, until after collection of her qb so it gets clocked in profile after qb is logged in.

I can understand your frustration. I was looking to buy 3 to 4 FJ pieces this year, and was prepared for a long wait (3-6 months) as they were popular models. But I wasn't asked to place a deposit as they were below 10k. Just had to join the queue for them.
Surprisingly, I waited less than a month for 2 of them (even my SA said I was so lucky), bought 1 of them during a random walk-in visit and lost interest in the last one so I told my SA to remove me from the queue.
I noticed that my SA has all along (gently) nudged me away from the categories that require a deposit. E.g tableware, custom watches, FJ more than 10k. Maybe I look too poor haha. :lol:
 
Hi ladies.. I’m 8 months into waiting for my QB (I requested for K25 neutral color, any hardware) but recently I saw lindy26 gold on gold and it slowly grow into me. Is it hard to request in store or can purchase walk in? My friend’s SA told her that lindy26 gold on gold needed at least 12 months waiting time. it’s my first bag from H, thought wanna get something else while waiting for QB. Would it affect my waiting time for my QB?

Any suggestion? Many thanks in advance.
Popular non qb bags will affect timing for qb especially if you are near to getting the qb. A friend was told to choose between a mini bolide avail immediately and hold off qb for another few mths or just wait for qb.
 
Hi ladies, I just got to know that Laundress had launched a worldwide recall for some of their products due to presence of bacteria in some batches. Do check the Laundress website and discard the affected products~ My delicate lady wash detergent and stain solution are both affected ☹️ But I’ve purchased them on Shopee in June so not sure how the refund will happen.
