I do hope you manage to find the item either on the UK or the US sites. I think you may be able to order from those sites to various agents which will send to you in your home country.

Yes, i am aware that they do not ship directly out of the EU. Which is why i gave them my VPOST address, which helps me to receive the parcel in UK, and then in turn, VPOST will forward the item to me in Singapore. That's how i usually do my shopping from overseas. This is my first time buying from the H website, so i guess there is no workaround method...

When I tried to order from the UK website and ship to Borderlinx, I received a phone call from Hermes saying they can't ship to a forwarding address... so I had to cancel the order.

When i called them just now to cancel my order, the customer service explained to me that they cannot ship to these places due to security reasons, as they have experienced shipments that went missing because of a third party. They also want to make sure we get our product and that it is not being switched with a counterfeit one. So that's why VPOST and borderlinx will all not work when buying from H online.
