The colour is what caught my attention (it’s actually my favorite besides burgundy). I had not noticed it earlier but my store rotates its display quite often. This year there are quite a few summer dresses that I liked and that finally fit me and my frame. I used to have a hard time finding things that would look good on my short body.

I don't think it does come with a scarf. The scarf is sold separately on the website. So I am sure if you are interested in the sweater you could wear you own scarves with it.
