I bought a similar dress in the Bolduc pattern. It was nice, opaque, but quite short without tights or leggings. I actually returned it because I thought it too short unless on holiday.
So tangentially related to this season's scarves, earlier in this thread someone had asked if the perforated leather shirt worn by the models on these modshots had ever been put in production. I can't remember who asked this. Whoever you are, i hope you see this post because I can confirm that those shirts are on sale in Paris at FSH 
I tried one on and it was absolutely gorgeous. Probably the most luxurious piece of clothing I have ever worn in my life, I really didn't want to take it off. The leather is so buttery soft and smooth. The inside is lined with a tulle-like material that feels very nice against the skin. Unfortunately at 6,500 euro, over my budget so I didn't get it 
They had this camel color and a white one that I saw. Of course it doesn't look as good on dumpy old me as it does on the models but here are a couple of mod pics.

It looks great on you! Gorgeous piece of clothing. Unfortunately, Hermes leather rtw has also got outside my range, I could not justify that... didn’t they have it in black?
Only camel and white were displayed. Honestly I don't think black would look good because the perforations would not be so readily visible and they're what make this shirt.

It’s a rich carmel brown and an ideal color for you
One could wear it buttoned as you have or open as a light jacket with a light shirt/ cami under it
